Implement plans and programs to regulate and develop security and safety rules and protection means.
Ensure coordination with relevant security and safety governmental entities in Qatar.
Study security and safety problems and difficulties related to Zone premises facilities and services.
Receive complaints, suggestions and comments related to organizing and developing security and safety operations, determine suitable solutions and obtain relevant parties’ approval.
Check security devices installed at the Zone building and facilities and ensure that they are well maintained and functioning property.
Develop plans and ensure personnel safety in cases of emergency at eh headquarters and other municipality buildings.
Handle situations that jeopardize personnel safety in collaboration with internal and external relevant parties.
Assign person responsible for immediate intervention in cases of emergency and provide them with training at Civil defence. Police and other governmental entities.
Monitor vehicle traffic at headquarters parking area.
المهارات
Minimum of 7 years of experience in security, or physical security.
Minimum 5 years of supervisory/management experience.
Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV)
Experience in reporting and emergency response planning
Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
Solid understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis
Working knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
