KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
ACCIDENT/DAMAGES
Obtain all necessary police documentation and reports.
Complete Petroserv accident report and make a recommendation to senior management on the allocation of blame and apportionment of costs of repair.
Ensure that the recommendations are acted on by senior management.
Manage the process of notification to Human Resources for reclaiming of monies where appropriate.
INSURANCE
Manage the process of insurance company liaison including:
Opening file.
Taking photographs.
Determining repair costs.
LICENSING
Prepare all necessary paperwork to obtain local licensing.
Make all necessary arrangements for complying with local licensing conditions.
Ensure that the staff licensing process, including renewals, is managed effectively. Also make recommendations for improvements in the process where necessary.
ROAD PERMITS
Ensure that all vehicles have the necessary road permits by managing the permitting process appropriately.
Liaison with the necessary authorities to obtain all relevant permits and authorities to mobilize and demobilize equipment
GENERAL
Undertake any assigned tasks to the best ability.
