We are hiring FINANCE MANAGER in Qatar with preferably online food delivery and a start-up company experience. If you live and breathe accounting, we need to talk. We’re looking for a flexible and versatile Finance Manager who will be responsible for the growth of our brand for a start-up online food delivery company. Responsibilities: • Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role of general ledger, accounts receivables/payables, purchasing, payroll, budgeting, fixed assets management, year-end schedules for audit, monthly financial statements, cost control • Develops and maintain Accounts Policies and Procedures • Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations • Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries • Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analysing margins, variances and cost analysis • Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up • Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns • Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives • Is responsible to assist HR in the process of hiring, coordinate, train and develop accounting staff
المهارات
Requirements: • Preopening experience • Bachelor`s Degree in Accounting • Certified Management Accountant (CMA) • 8-10 years experience in performing the complex professional accounting duties, plus logistics background (preferred) • Relevant experience in audit, costing, finance structure, feasibility • Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels • Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel • Excellent communication skills-written, spoken English & preferably Arabic • Able to work independently and highly meticulous • Working experience in (account systems/packages) Yardy, Tally, Peachtree is highly regarded *Candidate in Qatar will be considered only.
