To ensure that all company operations are executed successfully on time and with quality on daily basis.
This is a diversified job that requires wisdom, knowledge & experience, hard work & motion, insight with sharp eye to details and risks. It requires wearing many hats on different occasions on the same day; Hat of harvesting the latest applied technologies & products; hat on our company solutions & services; hat on sales & marketing; hat on business development with innovation; hat on operations and daily tasks; hat on managing satisfied customers and partners and employees; and hat on compiling plans that bring revenues, while avoiding the risks.
He assigns responsibilities, develop functional roles, and oversee operations to ensure that the CEO’s vision is carried out.
He has the ability to work under pressure, plan time, workload and priorities effectively and possesses efficient delegation skills.
He has a top-level leadership role in the overall company operations, business, departments and employees.
He leads, guides, directs, and evaluates the work of line managers and senior staff.
He builds consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce.
He participates in creating the company overall vision, mission, values, beliefs, and strategic goals.
He formulates and implements the strategic plan that guides the direction of company business development and other functional responsibilities.
He signs documents and make commitments for which the company is legally liable.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s or MBA or master’s degree in fields that relate to company business.
Experience: Ten years or more in a leadership or managerial role.
Certification: Training & Certification in as many fields that relate to the company business and industries: Electronic Payment, GIS & Imagery and Spatial, Homeland Security, IT & Software Development, Operations, SLA & Technical Support and Professional services.
Communication: Exceptional writing and verbal communications skills in both Arabic & English with superior editing skills, where his reports must be clear and flawless.
Policy: Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing visions
Accountability: Willing to take responsibility in challenging situations when problems arise and when deadlines are breached or quality compromised or objective is slipped, and act independently when necessary.
Finance: Strong understanding of company finance and performance management
Company Functions: Familiar with all business functions like IT, Sales & Marketing, HR & Finance, Operations & SLA, etc.
Solutions: Familiar with as many of our company solutions and services as possible; with capability to talk about them with great confidence and passion and details.
