Our client, a leading IT Solutions company based in Qatar, are hiring a Versatile and Dynamic Sales Professional with business development skills to grow the sales in Qatar region.
Ability to understand Customer needs and define required solution for customers
Liaise with internal cross functional team to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled
Well conversant with Tendering and Bidding process for business growth.
Connect with partner and customer key points of contact and build a strong connect
Manage and supervise Sales team, IT and Network Solution team to position the rightest solution for customers and drive for implementation and delivery.
Partner with Innovative technology partner and emerging solutions based on technology
trend and customer positioning
Strong leadership, team building and team management capability.
Accountable for P&L;account for business unit.

Establish strong executive relationships with market leaders, large enterprise and government organizations that represent significant business opportunities
Possess short term, long term strategic vision and executive level mapping
Develop all business opportunities that are strategic from a revenue perspective or complex in nature
Require high-level complex selling skills, account planning and financial analysis. Strong solution-selling techniques to identify customer business needs and developing customized solutions to solve customer business problems.
Provide monthly reporting of funnel, pipeline, and forecast and achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales target. Conduct effective client presentations.
Generate new sales that meets or exceeds established target across product lines. Effectively manage customer expectations regarding service features, delivery and implementation.
Perform business contract review and quality control to ensure integrity of the order and improve book-to-billing ratio.
Ensure efficient and timely communication with prospects, customers and partners relative to promotions, new products and services, and other marketing and sales activities.
Implement sales practices that increase customer retention and no customer loss
Perform high-level positioning and identification of business solutions utilizing the company’s services portfolio and offerings.
Provide organization the inputs on investments based on customer growth plans, market trends, emerging growth markets and business needs. Competition Analysis and Market Trends.
Manage and supervise the internal teams such as technical solutions architects, commercial management, product management, account management team members, and other support organizations to ensure close link between customer requirements and our ability to deliver excellent service.
Experience working in Gulf region and multicultural preferred. Superior sales skills – to identify opportunities, close deals, develop and maintain customer relationships
Strong presentation skills and ability to interact well with customers and internal stakeholders. Ability to think creatively, identify problems and offer solutions with minimal guidance.
Ability to complete assignments within tight and often difficult deadlines and strong people management skills
Ability to create innovative GTM models with the SI partners.
Experience of Sell to, Sell thru and Sell with SI’s and Partner Enablement
Required qualification & experience Post-Graduation in Business Management and graduation in Engineering. Experience must be 10-15 years in a high-growth industry, preferred System Integration experience in Gulf region. Other knowledge/skills
