• Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java code.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
• Cooperating with the back-end developer in the process of building the RESTful API.
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code.
• Lead a team and perform code review.
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
• Supervise, manage and motivate team members on a daily basis.
• Ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
المهارات
• 5+ years of experience developing Apps for the Android platform.
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
* Strong knowledge in optimizing Andriod Applications.
* Knowledge in Thread handling and Application performance
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
* Experience in Chat applications, Prefered XMPP based development.
• Up-to-date with the latest Android trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git and SVN.
* Having experience with publishing apps in Google playstore.
• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational skills and time-management skills.
• Decision-making skills.
