Role Objective: Corporate Sales Executives sell a company’s products and services. As well as approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new business; sales executives work to maintain good relationships with existing clients, gaining repeat business wherever possible. The sales industry is target driven and as a consequence the work can sometimes be demanding and pressurized.
Detailed Role and Responsibilities:
Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
Calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
Gathering market and customer information
Representing their company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
Accountability: The role will be measured against set KPI’s and higher performance targets in relation to Sales and Customer executives team given by the management General:
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects.
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions by leading with an example to sales and customer executive team
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities
Prepares financial reports
Maintains quality service.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Organize fitness events and outdoor reach events.
المهارات
Requirements
Education: Degree or equivalent preferred but not essential.
Experience: 3 – 4 years’ experience in similar role preferably within the fitness industry
