We are looking for a dynamic and strong Health, Safety and Security Specialist to manage all Health and Safety activities for Vodafone Qatar to ensure a safe and healthy environment is provided to all employees, suppliers, contractors and vendors. We also want to promote a culture based on wellbeing which contributes to our aspiration of being the most admired brand in Qatar. The role will focus on all aspects of Risk Management, Conflict Management and Wellbeing. The end result will be a smooth running HSS function, fully compliant with Group and Vodafone Qatar Health & Safety Policies, confidence that our contractors are also fully meeting these standards and being able to evidence this.

Apply if you have…
Degree in Engineering
Minimum 5 years of Experience in Telecom/ Construction/ Contracting or Manufacturing industry
Competence in personal computer skills, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
H&S;certified (OHSAS 18001, AIOSH and NEBOSH IGC are required as minimum)
Health and Safety Management system
Strong vendors and stakeholder management skills
Good communication skills
Self-managed/ self-motivated
Ability to understand factors that influence Health, Safety and Security and take predictive and Proactive measures to bridge any gap
Fluent in English, Arabic speaking advantageous
