§ Co-ordinate, consolidate Information Technology budget and generally monitor the expenditures against approved budget
§ Prepare, contribute to and continuously update the departmental Policies and Procedure documents
§ Contributes to, and provides advice on, the development of Contract documentation for the department and tracks progress of these Contracts
§ Manage IT projects of a multifunctional nature
§ Participates in IT Audits
§ Coordinate within IT department for procurement, contracts and budget
§ Adheres to information handling procedures and complies with all relevant data quality and data security procedures appropriate to each task
§ Monitors costs and maintains required financial records, using appropriate tools, for compliance and audit
§ Sources and collects contract performance data (such as pricing and supply chain costs), and monitors performance against KPIs.
§ In consultation with stakeholders including team members, suppliers and customers, ensures that contract change management protocols are established and followed.
§ Assembles relevant information for tenders
§ Assists in evaluation of tenders
§ Assists in the collection and reporting on supplier performance data. Escalates problems to more experienced colleagues
§ Assists with the routine day to day communication between the organization and suppliers.
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
Good Experience of MS Office suite
SAP (MM+FIN module) experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience in related position
