With us you will lead and manage a team of call centre agents in customer care to deliver an awesome customer experience that helps Vodafone be the NPS leader. Effectively coach and support Advisor’s whilst overseeing day to day activities with a strong focus on maintaining and improving service quality, hold team and one-on- one meetings to ensure your team is kept up to date on all relevant issues impacting their role in Customer Care, maintain high levels of morale and motivation within the team and be a role-model as a leader.

Degree qualified
Must have a minimum of 2 years in a Team Leader role
Must be an Arabic speaker.
Minimum of 5 years of call centre experience
Strong presentation skills both verbal and written
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Results-Oriented.
