The Sales Account Manager - HPS - Qatar is the primary customer interface responsible for the development of business, and management of relationships, with a specific customer or customers. You should have an understanding of the customer’s business, drivers, and organization, and an understanding of the value that Honeywell brings to the customer to drive to real business outcomes. This role will include the dissemination of key messages, initiatives, and information pertaining to the value Honeywell brings to that specific customer at all levels of the customer’s organization. You will act as a Business partner to the customer and establish a defensible barrier to competitors, whilst improving the business power of your customers as the primary supplier interface for all products, solutions and services. Responsibilities
Develop and sustain long term customer relationships; Establish these relationships while engaging customers at all levels including senior levels of the customer organization ; Early engagement in the customer buying process diagnosing customers’ needs and tailoring solutions to match
Maintain an evened approach to outstanding customer service and strategic account planning IE: quarterly results and long term account goals; Identify new sales opportunities whilst focusing on providing consultative support by building value propositions for solutions into the account
Manage and build customer contacts, serving as the customer’s ambassador, “trusted advisor” and advocate
المهارات
Qualifications
BSC Engineering ideally with a major in Automation or Instrumentation
Extensive Account / Sales Management experience in the Oil and Gas or Power and Automation industry in Qatar
Proven technical knowledge of Oil and Gas and Automation products
Experience in hitting or exceeding targets of up to USD 20 million per year
We value
Phenomenal communication and presentation skills with the ability to present and negotiate with C level executive
An established network of contacts within the Oil and Gas or Automation industry within Qatar A proficient understanding of key sales principles and standard methodologies
Excellent team and communication skills
Capable of taking initiative and work with limited direction
Skills to influence across a broader organization
An ability to influence customers, while maintaining balanced relationships
Significant experience in selling (industrial) products
Deep technical expertise
Understanding Honeywell value proposition as well as the competitive landscape
Proficiency in Arabic is helpful but not a must
