The Executive Chef will be responsible for the consistent preparation of innovative and creative food offerings of the highest quality. He will also oversee the end-to-end operations and manage areas of profit, stock, wastage control, hygiene practices and training within the kitchen. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Designing menus that enhance customers’ culinary experience while maintaining excellent quality.
Creating and testing new menus as needed to replace old, outdated dishes with new and exciting options.
Ensuring all food preparation is in accordance with food safety regulations.
Genarting cost analysis reports for all inventory, kitchen equipment, and stocks as needed.
Reviewing staffing levels to meet service, operational and financial objectives.
المهارات
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts
Industry Experience
Minimum of 3 years as an Executive Chef for Continental/Oriental/Arabic/Shawarma fast casual concepts.
Experience in pastry is an advantage.
HAACP or any other FSMS is a must.
Technology Skills
Microsoft Office proficient especially, Microsoft Excel
Communication Skills
English language proficiency. Knowledge and practice of Arabic language is a plus.
Good, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
