Support the successful transformation of the Procurement function with primary focus on, data analysis. Assist the Business Support team in the delivery of the various analytics projects.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Support the Item Master creation and transformation
Support the Vendor Management update
Migration of BPA (Blanket Purchase Agreement) into the ERP
Delivery of reporting and KPIs requirements as needed
Creation of catalogue requirements for the ERP system
Support training delivery to other business units
Gather datasets and create metadata repository as required
Liaise with Business Units to ensure data collation and quality checks
Perform any other job-related duties as assigned
To follow agreed safe systems of work; to follow training and instructions; and to report accidents, incidents and near misses.
المهارات
Bachelor Degree in any relevant field
Preferably 3 years of experience in procurement analytics
Strong analytical and data management skills
Familiarity with manipulating large datasets and dashboards
Middle East Experience is preferred
Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel, PowerBi, Desirable: Python coding, R, MS Access
Business Fluent English, Arabic is a plus
Demonstrable experience within the Procurement function, specializing in data management and reporting
Exposure to datasets extracted from Tier 1 ERP system (SAP / Oracle etc.) for Procurement related analytical tasks
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of procurement processes end to end/ knowledge of best practices
