- Supervise the Team in the promotion and selling of used cars in order to ensure the team meets and exceeds the targets and objectives set by the Division.
- Monitor individual’s sales achievement and provide feedback to help them reach their targets.
- Obtain the prospective customer’s contact details for future follow ups and potential sales opportunity.
- Deliver the achievement of the Profit Margin Targets for the Used Car Showroom in order to ensure it meets the objectives set forth by the Group.
- Liaise with the Automotive Management on profit margin rate / range for all used car vehicles in the showroom, taking into consideration the balance between profit and sales / clearing of used vehicles in the stockyard.
- Monitor and review the team’s interactions with customers; providing feedback to improve / enhance their Customer Service skills.
- Oversee the post sales activities of the Showroom in order to ensure the handover of the vehicle to the Customer within the Division’s standards timeline.
- Manage and motivate the Used Car Team towards cohesion and exemplary performance in order to maximize productivity and deliver the targets of the function.
المهارات
- Strong selling background in an Automotive Sales / Dealership Industry preferred.
- Proven track record in Sales / Marketing at GCC.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport, negotiate, overcome objections and close the deal.
- Knowledge in different Marketing and Promotion Strategies, preferably with exposure to Middle East market.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to build and sustain relationships with potential and existing customers.
