Minimum 18 years of Experience, of which 10 years as a Manager/Technical Leading Design management capacity of similar works.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Chartered Engineer from an accredited institution is required
Membership from recognised Project Management Institution is desirable
Experience in a technical lead capacity in utilities design & construction of large scale, drainage, sewerage, surface & ground water, road networks projects
Must have hands on experience in managing, reviewing and approving of design documents and construction experience on site supervising large multi-engineering disciplinary projects and requirements encompassing drainage, sewerage, surface & ground water, road networks design and construction
Qatar/GCC experience is required
Must be available in Qatar with transferable visa and NOC

Must be fluent in English
Ability to use Design software is mandatory
Computer Skills are mandatory
