A large, diversified business (over 1,200 employees) based in Qatar is seeking a Head of HR to lead and drive transformation in the HR function. This role will oversee a large team and business partner with the senior leads on HR strategy and efficiency.

Act as a business partner to senior leaders in growing the organisation and developing key talentDevelop culture values and link to HR strategyImplement talent development strategies including a talent road map, leadership development and HiPo programmesInitiate talent acquisition strategy and maintain an effective employer brandProvide strong administrative and operational processesMonitor and act on key performance indicators
Profile
12-15 years HR experience with regional GCC exposure - MUST HAVEDegree educated with a relevant HR qualification and/or MBADiversified industry experienceFLUENT ARABIC is preferredDemonstrable strategic experience in a business partner capacityStrong talent agenda experience, must be able to demonstrate key projects that have been initiated and led by you
Job Offer
Role is based in Qatar. A competitive salary and family package is offer along with relocation from other GCC countries only.
