People Dynamics has been engaged to help our end client identify a Contract Management Operation Specialist to join them in their operations in Doha. I am writing to check if you would be interested to pursue this opportunity.

Position: Contract Management Operation Specialist
End Client – MINISTRY
Role type- Full time contract (long term)

Location: Doha, Qatar.

The Contract Management Operation Specialist shall be responsible for managing all the crews, specialists and subcontractors hired by Respondent(s) to perform the work requirements including but not limited to the following tasks:
Responsible for initiating, developing, reviewing and routing of documents related contracts. Maintains records of contract activity for benchmark purposes and works to improve organization’s efficiencies.
Follow-up with Project Manager to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations.
Preparing and following up the work of the tenders committee.
Review of annexes and approvals of contract.
Preparation of preliminary draft contracts after confirming the approval of the relevant committees
Send the draft to the legal department for review and feedback
Send the draft to the project manager for review and feedback
Preparation of the final version of the contract and follow-up of the signing of the contract by both parties
Follow up Expiry date of Contracts, Bank Guarantee, and Performance Bond and coordination with departments Long enough for the necessary action.
Preparation of periodic reports on of contracts.
