Welcomes and deals with the customers internal and external as per Alfardan Sports Motors standards.
Understands and listens carefully to their requests.
Issuing parts to the technician and expedite parts from time to time with the help of Modis, Auto line and other relevant systems accurate and promptly.
Should keep himself informed about technical matters, supersessions, parts Lead-time and provides the customers with the correct advice.
Keeps records for lost sales and he makes sure to submit the list to the Manager and parts administrator.
Should update the display of accessories and showcases for lifestyle to attract customers at all times.
Undertake this related duties that assigned form time to time.
Provides Service Advisors with accurate price quotation and inform immediately.
Informs the Parts Manager about the competition and any customer feedback.
Skilled and well trained in MODIS and AUTOLINE in all its sales features.
Fills WIP for special orders and follow-up the pending order and received parts to Service Advisors and customers.
cooperates with technician to expedite vehicle repairs, and the Service Advisors to provide add-on parts as requested.
promotes and advise accessories at all times.
Prepare a weekly reports for reserved items under respective WIPS.
Perform other task directed by the department manager.
المهارات
Graduate of any Business related course.
Experience in automotive parts sales is an advantage.
High communication skills in English.
Well verse in Microsoft application.
Attention to details.
Must be organized and able to maintain deadlines.
