Build re-usable assets which can be leveraged under the Industry solutions
· Managing on-shore BSA communication, delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
· Understanding of Business Process Modelling and should be able to build industry specific leading practice processes for Dynamics AX.
· Adept in utilizing tools for building BPMs.
· Follow best practices suggested by governance model while industry solutions
· Contribute in RFP preparation and as well as pre-sale related activities
· Participate in reviewing various deliverables identified for the industry solution
· Preparation of project plan, scheduling, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing by using appropriate tools
· To do gap fit analysis, contribute in preparation of estimations
· To lead one or more projects and teams, responsible for delivery
· Managing client communication, delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
· Follow best practices suggested by organization while doing implementationsupgradessupport projects
· Participate in functional design reviews
· Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
· Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
· Conduct project post mortems and create recommendations report in order to be identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
المهارات
Education BE /Btech /Mcom/MBA/ CA or equivalent
Experience 10+ yrs of EPM/ BI functional consulting experience
Skills Experience in end-to-end implementation with special emphasis on Requirements Gathering, as-is and to- be blueprinting, Solution Design/ Blueprint, UAT and Product Test, Deployment, Training and End User post go - live support
· Prior industry experience in Manufacturing, CPG, Retail, Airlines or Hospitality , financial sectors would be preferable
· Interest in analytical and conceptual tasks including thought leadership
· Enthusiasm for new ideas and innovative solutions
· Open, motivated personality who enjoys working in a team and in challenging situations
· Willingness to travel extensively
· Excellent English proficiency, spoken and written, any additional language is a plus
· Project planning using MS Project or equivalent tools
