Role and Responsibilities
General scope of work:
• Facilitate the defining of the scope and project deliverables, project tasks and timelines
• Understanding: of project scope & requirements prior to installation and decommissioning • Develop full scale project plans for each project
• Travel to site and to meet clients may be required
• Oversee and track various projects at once
• Plan and schedule project timelines
• Cost Engineer project expected project expenses & budget
• Manage project budget, if required
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project management team.
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
• Quality Assurance
• Communicate: monitor, track and report, progress for client & internally, help rectify any issues, communicate to internal sales requirements and additions.
• Motivate: keep onsite installation team motivated to complete the work, help to improve efficiency on the job.
• Deliver: product and excellent service & attitude to client/event. Reviews deliverables before handing over to client.
• Assess: need for anything additional required to complete project, i.e. manpower, tools, equipment, budget, product etc. Project evaluations and assessment of results.
• Reports: complete debriefing reports to ensure all aspects of project are captured
• Develop: best practices, tips of the trade and new methods to further enhance project execution for the rest of the TLC team. Identify where improvements can be made on internal processes.
• Assist in the development of a procedural manual for its department
• Schedule: the required activities for installation and project managers
• Daily Feedback and Reports on end of projects – EOD report
• Tracking and monitoring of Decom items and ensuring they are allocated and endorsed to the correct department
• Ensure all Cad drawings and photos are properly labeled and submitted within 48 hrs of job completion
• It remains the sole responsibility of the PM to ensure that all team members adhere to safety standards as per company policy and that all staff, wear the appropriate clothing as issued by the company including yourself
• Ensure that all deviations from scope and additions to projects are properly captured and that written consent, are received from the client prior to producing and delivering of such items
• Safe keeping of all materials and equipment whilst on site
Project Development Process:
• Project Manager is assigned by Installation and Resource Planner
• Receives full briefing and complete Data Collection Sheet through Business Development
• Coordinates with BD if any information is missing and if client/client’s representative will be present during scoping
• Assists BD in providing necessary information for obtaining Permit to Work, if necessary
• Checks PTW’s details and validity prior to scoping as well as installation
• Performs accurate scoping of the site.
• If the site has been previously scoped, site visit is necessary to compare with current data saved on the server and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is collected.
• Up-sale if possible, with or without BD present.
• Prepares accurate drawing file and Scoping Report, that includes all correct measurements, as well as required tools, equipment and resource requirements and shares it with Installation and Resource Planner, CIC and Operations Director.
• Provides Project Plan Timeline, to be shared with CIC, Installation and Resource Planner for accurate mobilization of resources and manpower.
• Acts as Project Lead and Consultant to the Client at all times.
• Ensures efficient, accurate and safe installation and decommissioning process.
• Manages high quality standards of installation and decommissioning works.
• Ensures project documentation by taking regular photos (before, during and past installation process).
• Prepares daily project reports for the Project Delivery Team.
• Supervises decommissioning process, confirming with the client if the used material should be delivered/picked up, disposed of or used for MOG Program.
• Prepares Project Completion Report and shares with Project Delivery Team.
• Keeps all project-related files and reports in order, labeled and sorted, on server in designated file.

Required Qualifications and Personal Attributes:
• Punctuality.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (written & spoken). Other languages desirable (Arabic, Hindi, Tamil, Tagalog, Urdu, etc.).
• Prior experience in project management or similar preferred.
• Familiar with MS Office, basic computer software, internet technologies, etc.
• Ability to manage teams of employees (project managers and installation managers).
• Excellent customer service manner & ability to communicate and manage clients when required.
• Flexible during times of change, can conform to shifting priorities throughout project.
