Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
Resolve any arising problems or complaints
Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
Comply with laws, regulations, and requirements

In-depth knowledge of Qatar market on the need of warehouses and cold store.
In-depth knowledge of market price
In-depth knowledge of potential key tenants
In-depth knowledge of warehouse and cold store operation
Knowledge of warehouse and cold store maintenance
Knowledge of required Safety for the operation of warehouse and cold store
Possession of good communication skill in English and Arabic (added value), writing and oral.
Knowledge of Qatar Authorities expectations on the warehouse/cold store operation.
Possession of good negotiation skill
In-depth knowledge of Contracts preparation and management
Highly skilled in tenant’s management
Knowledge/skill for hiring Maintenance Contractor
Highly skilled in working independently
