As a Senior Sales Manager you will need to deliver superior market performance for VF Qatar in both the short and long term. This will be measured by achievement of the set revenue targets, increase segments market share, customer acquisition/retention costs, customer satisfaction What kind of tasks will you have? Leadership and team work
Build the Vertical segment sales in such a manner that it provides competitive advantage in the future by providing inspirational leadership & coaching in a flexible manner to deliver an aligned, engaged and productive workforce
Build and develop Vertical segment sales team.
Deliver results against key targets and indicators
Own strategy and ensure delivery of Business Segment objectives and targets for Revenue & Market share,
Provide proper and accurate sales forecast.
Build the sales team pipeline
Relationships
Develop close and trusting relationship with Customers, Strategic Partnerships & Global which are based on long term mutual success and partnership and which understand impact of local arrangements on our strategic commercial position.
Be a valuable contributor to the Executive Committee and work in a non-political manner

Apply if you have the following….
BA Degree or equivalent
B2B sales or/and account management experience for at least 12 years
Wide experience in designing and supervising complex end to end solutions for business clients.
Experience in tackling large key corporate accounts through an integrated top down unified communication model.
Conversant in Mobile and fixed corporate solutions
Fluent English essential, fluent Arabic is a preference.
Able to build strong relationships with all our customers, ability to leverage local cultural environment and have credibility with peers and line managers.
