Joining our Consumer /Commercial team means you will look at strategy, transformation, bids and products. You will evaluate solutions, costs and competition and we encourage and reward you for initiating your own route to success Prepay CVM Manager is expected to lead the open market and base management activities for Prepay in general and low (mass) segment in particular for Vodafone Qatar. In alignment with the Prepay long term and short term strategy, planning and executing all the open market (non-segmented) changes, both proactive and reactive is a key part of the role. The role also would need to take care of the GTM of the all the product portfolio changes and other open market activities. The scope is expected but not limited to managing the Prepay base through a CVM framework and cross/up-sell to the base in addition to managing the Prepay churn every month. What kind of tasks will you have?
Planning and execution of all open market activities of low(mass) segment in alignment with the agreed Prepay strategy
Delivering the annual revenue target of Low (Mass) segment
GTM of all the product portfolio changes and other open market activities
Liaising with sales function to create acquisition products to maximize Gross Adds
Create processes for quick market reactions and build cross-functional forum for the same
Building the base management framework and owning it
Devise cross/up-sell strategies and execute
Achieving the target of the customer base of Low (Mass) segment through churn prevention
Liaise with analytics and campaign team to craft various offer grids and be the commercial bridge between the two
Work closely to support open market activities with follow up campaigns so as to capitalize on the cross-sell/upsell/churn opportunities

Graduation, Post-Graduation in Business Administration
Rich experience in consumer marketing in a telco, prepay is a plus
Basic understanding of how a campaign management system works
Ability to bring together cross-functional teams to achieve roadmap items
Experience in leading Go-To-Market for launching consumer promotions
Analytical mind-set with a strong acumen in making sense of a vast amount of data
Ability to make commercial sense from massive amount of data
Ability to think beyond the obvious and spot patterns and trends and utilize them
Demonstrated ability to adapt to new and ever-evolving frameworks and work with those
Good presentation skills to articulate the proposals and the performance
