الوصف الوظيفي Build and enhance quality management systems focused on client satisfaction, business process standardization, reliability and effectiveness. Coaches and supports project teams with implementation of the basic Lean tools and continuous improvement programs. Teach, practice, develop & improve the company Lean methodology. May lead and train Engineers and Superintendents to run effective Planning sessions, weekly Planning sessions and Daily Stand-up sessions through a lead/co-facilitate/coach model. Challenges project team members and employees to identify, remove and resolve constraints that prevent the team from fulfilling commitments. Develop Lean improvement initiatives which achieve project deliverables. Facilitate Lean events (structured team problem solving activities). Report improvement projects status to plans at regular intervals. Use process mapping and value flow analysis when appropriate. Deliver stable/steady improvement with standard work and simple/visual controls. Maintains level of standards of lean tools used among the project’s team. Serves as an ongoing resource for assigned projects and employees to help identify opportunities for improvement. المهارات Strong working knowledge of Lean principles Excellent Communication Skills Strong training and facilitation skills Excellent relationship building skills Proficiency in MS Office. Ability to lead change management and Lean efforts. Ability to read a situation and make sound assessments and recommendations. PMP, CM-Lean and Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
