الوصف الوظيفي Your role is to sell vehicles to customers in order to meet or exceed the Sales Target which is set by the management To provide the utmost customer service in order to meet and exceed the set standards as measured against the Manufacturer’s Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) average for the Middle East To carry out all Post Sales activities, after closing the deal, in order to ensure the timely handover of the vehicle to the customer To carry out Ad Hoc Activities, as and when instructed by the management, and achieve the defined deliverables. المهارات Background in Automotive Dealership Sales Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic. Good Customer Service Skills. Have an approachable disposition and is at ease with different kinds of people with different cultures and backgrounds. Ability to listen and ask the right questions.
