Responsible for guiding the company through financial obstacles.
Helps to achieve company’s goal of continued profitability and growing revenues.
Provides valuable strategies for current and future growth.
Leads the company towards their target successfully by using its own strengths, resources, and manpower
Determines where an organization is heading over the next year or more.
Formulates strategies or suggests changes or improvements to current business plans, policies, and procedures.
Formulates feasible recommendations to the management on how to optimize near-term growth.
Elaborates process by which the top management establishes the long-term direction of the organization.
Assesses the company’s environment and resources.
Defines the mission and vision, identifying priorities and objectives, and selecting valuable strategies.
Develops business plans that support and introduce solutions for strategic issues that impact the company.
Conducts organizational reviews to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
Evaluates the operational effectiveness of the entire workforce.
Performs market-analysis and monitoring industry trends and company news.
Provides support to identify and asses strategic issues, facilitate strategic discussion, and manage strategic initiatives.
Provides support and guidance to conduct the yearly budget exercise across the board.

Education:
B.Sc. degree in business management, engineering, marketing or finance
Experience:
Minimum 08 years of experience similar role with proven track records.
