1. Work closely with the Digital Media Supervisor to keep Darwish Holdings’ social media accounts alive and engaging for the customers
2. Prepare content sheet ensuring correct content, grammar, language and product specifications
3. Prepare posting sheet ensuring maximum customer reach and right target audience
4. Cooperate with Category Managers and Graphic Design section and ensures that artwork is prepared within deadlines
5. Post the approved content on the websites / social media and / or send it via email or text message as per the approved posting sheet
6. Monitor digital media including social media activity and customer responses
7. Response promptly to customers’ questions on social media
8. Support and help to develop and implement the organization’s social media strategy
9. Stay informed of industry standards, new digital media trends and advise on new ways to reach targets
المهارات
• 3 years of experience
• Good knowledge of Photoshop and media editing softwares
• Experience with visual communication principles
• Familiarity with web design and content management systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
