We are looking for a GM with experience in a fast paced, retail bakery, catering or restaurant that bakes fresh from scratch daily. Candidates must have the ability to manage a successful, profitable business from all aspects and inspire a team to offer quality product and exceptional customer service.
Requirements include:
Prior bakery/restaurant experience in a leadership role with success growing sales and inspiring team work.
Ability to manage production to build sales and minimize waste.
Experience in financial statement preparation, including activity reports and business analysis
Identify areas needing cost controls, efficiencies and improvements.
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Physical Requirements include:
Available to work F/T, variety of hours, including evening, nights and weekend.
Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods during the course of a workday.
Will require bending, stooping during the course of a workday.
Will require bending, stooping and occasional use of a ladder.
المهارات
Good knowledge and working experience are mandatory on following:
• Ability to lead the operations and staff of all bakeries in Qatar
• Ability to direct the daily operations of bakeries, ensuring compliance with brand standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation & delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, and financial liability
• Ability to formulate a viable business plan, menu pricing, calculation of production costs, reducing waste, increasing profit margin and recipe costing. P&L;accountable
• Ensure fresh ingredients and supplies while building a reputation as the bakery of choice in Qatar
• Train, develop and motivate staff and implement a career path for the human capital
