Position:Oracle Finance Developer and business analyst
Payroll Company :- PPL Dynamics , Qatar (Part of IHorizons , Group)
End Client: 20 + year old leading Qatari public shareholding company
Location: Doha , Qatar
Experience : 3+ Years
Contract: Long Term (Depend upon performance)

The Oracle Finance Analyst is responsible for Oracle-enabled business process solutions in the areas of, Work-in-Progress, MES, MRP, Costing, Purchasing, and Inventory, ensuring that related applications are designed and implemented effectively to support the business
Role Objective:
• Oversee, facilitate, develop, and implements all new enhancement required in oracle financial and customized sales & retails modules.
• provide the insights and suggestions in the functional areas to all finance modules in scope and other business related functions.
• Liaise and provide necessary day-to-day support to the end users, as well as, provide the required support for Month/ Year closing.
• Perform complete SDLC from meeting with business user, gather requirements, design, implement and test Oralce Forms and reports
Key Accountabilities:
• Gather requirements, conduct training, provide technical support, create business process design, identify the business requirements, map and test applications.
• Oracle ERP implementation and documentations.
• Align with the company and department KPI’s
• Provide functional consultancy, functional analysis, gaps analysis, gaps closing plan
• Hands on experience on all types of integration.
• Develop necessary services and API’s.
• End to end implementation for business process and application on top of oracle finance
• Develop Business Process and reports on Oracle.
• Experience with PL/ SQL
• XML reports development.
• Oracle Workflow
• Business Intelligence experience over OBIEE. (Optional)
• Knowledge in oracle AIM methodology.
• Knowledge of and experience with Oracle Projects Costing, Project Billing, and how these applications integrate with other Oracle applications.
• Trains and mentors end-users on Oracle Manufacturing and Purchasing.
