People Dynamics has been engaged to help our end client identify a Elevators Maintenance Manager to join them in their operations in Doha. I am writing to check if you would be interested to pursue this opportunity.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for Managing the Elevator Maintenance Department, including Technical, Administrative and, Commercial requirements of the Department.

Shall be responsible for looking after the technical requirements of all products the Company is marketing AND/OR intending to market. Sourcing & procuring of material and parts as required for the proper Maintenance of Products & Equipment under Contract, finding solutions for all technical problems, recruiting adequate staff qualified for the specific job and product, training the staff to upgrade their capabilities, etc. are few specifics included in the responsibilities,
Shall be responsible for all administrative matters pertaining to the department, including, submitting reports, monitoring and meeting KPIs, quality, varying contractual obligations, etc., Obtaining approvals, following statutory requirements, ensuring and overseeing safety procedures, conducting internal meetings, attending client’s meeting etc. are some of the administrative responsibilities involved in the responsibilities.
Renewal of Contracts, Contract negotiations with clients, preparing tender documents, submitting tender, bringing new jobs, secure maintenance of all brands of elevators in the market, maintaining cashflow, profitability, ensuring timely payment from the Clients, preparing and maintaining yearly Budgets, implementing cost reduction practices etc. are included in the responsibilities
