Job Summary
You will provide business, product and technical support to the sales team on high profile sales campaigns. You will discover and agree prospective customers’ wants and needs.
Your role in sales will include:
• conducting surveys
• preparing and giving presentations and demonstrations, often using a customer’s product data
• responding to requests to tender
• sizing and pricing
• writing proposals and quotations
Responsibilities and Duties
These will vary depending on individual sales campaigns, but will certainly include:
• maintaining and developing standard and customized product demonstrations
• providing product and technical support to the sales team
• conducting surveys
• responding to ITTs, RPQs and RFPs
• collecting customer feedback for input into product development
Key Relationships
You will have demonstrated an ability to form close personal and business relationships, especially:
• customers and prospects at all levels, but especially Board directors
• salespeople
• operations and support
• product research and development
• industry bodies and consultants
Experience
You will have previously worked successfully in a presales or consultant role and will have experience of:
• creating and delivering high quality presentations
• conducting prospect surveys
• writing excellent proposals
• working in a business software environment
• core business systems, CCTV, Access Control, sound system , IT infrastructure.

- Applicant should have residence in GCC area.
