We are looking for Sales Supervisor “Personal Protection Equipment” for a reputable company located in Qatar
5 years experience in selling personal protective equipment
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Generate own sales and plan the daily sales activities of the PPE Sales team to ensure maximum productivity from all personnel.
2. Coach indoor/counter sales personnel to meet the market needs - this includes training, guidance and motivation.
3. Ensure an effective sales process is applied by each team member consistently.
4. Compile and submit daily activities reports to measure activity and ensure authentic KPI reporting.
5. Assist in the preparation of quotations and tenders to customers.
6. Facilitate payments by assisting Sales team and coordinating with FINCO.
7. Read and evaluate the CRM reports provided by the Sales team, and provide feedback to the Manager for their follow-on response.
8. Making reports on the individual performance of each team members.
9. Monitor the Gross Profit targets in order to attain their achievement.
10. Monitor competitor activity & adopt sales strategies accordingly.
11. Undertake additional related responsibilities as required.
SKILLS :
1. Certificate/equivalent experience – relevant field
2. Sales experience with Personal Protection Equipment
3. Knowledge of the Kerridge system a plus
4. Excellent customer service ability
5. Professional in appearance and attitude
6. Self-motivated
7. Results oriented
8. Good communication skills in both English, Arabic a plus
9. Computer Skills: Microsoft office package
