•Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering with minimum of 10+ years of overall IT experience in Systems Support, in IT enterprise environment of 5000+ users.
•Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience of Administering Microsoft Windows Servers 2003/2008, Active Directory, backups/restores, patching and systems upgrades
•Must have experience of administering windows print services, file services, patch management, WSUS, SCCM.
•Must have some experience of wintel servers installations, SAN/NAS configuration, preferably in EMC environment.
•Good to have some experience in installation, configuration and administration of any Antivirus software solution in an enterprise environment.
•Good knowledge of IT security, controls & Networks infrastructure.
•Good to have anyone of Microsoft certification( MCSE, MCITP, MCM, MCSM)
•Must possess good English communication skills (both oral and written) with excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant professional personality
•Ability to adapt multicultural work environment
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
