1 - Head of Information Systems (Application Development )
• Will be responsible for the delivery of all the technical developments including Back Office, BI and Product Management ensuring the delivery of product deliverables and strategic direction of the technology. will have direct responsible for the line management of all software developers, establishing outsourcing arrangements and managing the relationship and deliverables. Delivery of all technical developments to support group revenue targets, principal point of contact for all technical matters concerning systems, Ensuring all IT developments are aligned to business needs, targets and strategy. Coach, Develop and Mentor development teams
• B.S. Degree in computer science, information systems or related area; MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years of relevant software development work experience with Health care background.

2 - Oracle Application SCM / HRMS / Financial – Technical Consultant
• Will be responsible for implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications. Is responsible for hands-on configuration of Oracle respective apps, implementation, Document the flow of information within the business process, and support of Oracle E-Business suite users community. lead the analysis, Troubleshooting and research of business opportunities and develop solutions and recommendations.
• Will also be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development & performance measurement and Writes documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections as well as user manuals to describe installation and operating procedures.
• Qualifications: Bachelors degree from a fairly reputed computer science, information systems or engineering is required; Oracle apps R11i/R12 certified; an advanced degree in a Finance / HR discipline will be considered a plus.
• Experience: 7+ years in Oracle applications with a minimum of 3 successful implementations using release 11i or greater versions of Oracle E-business Suite

3 - Oracle Applications Quality Assurance Engineer
