Quantity Surveyor

• Prepare of detailed bill of quantities for Construction Projects.
• Prepare Tenders using Tender software and complying with all scope of work and special conditions of the contract.
• Invite tenderers for the prepared tenders and follow-up of same.
• Prepare Tender comparisons and submit recommendation.
• Prepare subcontract agreement based on the client’s requirement and project specification.
• Monitor subcontractors activities during construction and submit a weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Verify subcontract invoices.
• Responsible to present recommendations on Contract conditions, Bill of Quantities, & Contract Specifications.
• Prepare Bills & Reviewing as per the contract.
• Preparing comparative statements between various subcontractors to achieve cost effectiveness.

Skills Required
• Minimum 8 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor.
• Ability to understand all type of drawings e.g. Architectural, Structural, MEP, Services, Landscape, Reinforcement etc.
• Knowledge of standard contract regulations.
• Knowledge of Standard mode of measurement, BOQ preambles.
• Technical & commercial correspondence
• Ability to develop and understand the various techniques of tendering and quantity surveying.
• Excellent problems solving, organizing, and leading skills
Educational Qualification:
• Must be a Civil Engineering graduate preferably with a professional qualification in quantity surveying.
