1-Project Manager (Civil)
Minimum 18 years experience and above. Technical office and construction for
Major building projects, High rise buildings, Hospitals, plants, etc., Candidates
should be familiar in computer. ISO 9001 QA System knowledge is preferable.
Project Manger (Infrastructure)-2
Civil Engineering with 18 years experience. To be able to manage several
projects at the same time. Be able to plan and coordinate all projects. Should
have experiences in the filed of highways, tunnels, drainage, water and
sewerage, plants and pumping stations etc., Knowledge of Fidic condition of
contract would be an advantage. Also know ISO 9001 QA system
Civil Engineers-3
Civil Engineering with 10 years experience. To be able to manage several
projects at the same time. Be able to plan and coordinate all projects. Should
have experience with major building projects, Hotel, Hospital, Gov. projects,
high rise buildings etc., Knowledge of Fidic condition of contract would be an
advantage. Also know ISO 9001 QA system
Civil Engineers (infrastructure works)-4
Civil Engineering with 10 years experience. To be able to manage several
projects at the same time. Be able to plan and coordinate all projects. Should
have experience with infrastructure works, roads, water, drainage, sewage
treatment plants etc., Knowledge of Fidic condition of contract would be an
advantage. Also know ISO 9001 QA system
Electrical Engineers-5
Minimum 10 years experience and above. Having experience in low current
BMS system, Power distribution and technical office and construction for Major
building projects, High rise buildings, Hospitals, plants, Street Lights etc.
Candidates should be familiar in computer. ISO 9001 knowledge is preferable.
Plumbing and Drainage Engineers-6
Civil Engineering with 10 years experience in drainage and plumbing works. To
be able to manage several projects at the same time. Be able to plan and
coordinate Sewerage pipe lines, Pumping Stations, Industrial and housing
connections, Knowledge of Fidic condition of contract would be an advantage
Drainage network construction such as gravity sewers pipe laying, excavating
trenches setting up and constructing manholes, backfilling and reinstatement
Also know ISO 9001 QA system.
Mechanical Engineers (HVAC)-7
Minimum 10-12 years experience and above. Having experience in Central
chiller AlC units, chiller plants, cost estimation and material take off, execution,
design, calculations etc., Should be computer familiar and design soft works
and ISO 9001 knowledge is preferable.
Pipe Fitters-8
Minimum 7 years and above in piping, chillers works, Sewer lines, Fixing GRP
pipes, VC pipes, DI Pipes (Different sizes) and & making different test of pipes
etc.,
