و ذلك ضمن التخصصات و المواصفات التالية:

BUILDING

SHUTTERING FOREMEN / STEELFIXING FOREMEN
Bachelor Degree or Diploma holder with +5 years experience on large building projects with good hand-on knowledge on structural works and high grade finishes etc. Very good knowledge of understanding and interpreting drawings and capable of coordinating with building services activities. Good English.

CIVIL

FINISHING FOREMEN
Bachelor Degree or Diploma holder with minimum +5 years experience on large building projects with good hand-on knowledge on structural works and high grade finishes etc. Very good knowledge of understanding and interpreting drawings.  Good English.

MEP
PLUMBING FOREMEN
Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, specialized in piping work, with +5 years experience on large building projects. Able to plan and supervise the plumbing works. Knowledge in installation of drainage system, PVC, GRP, PE, Clay and DI, plumbing installation such as copper, PVC and PEX pipes.  Experience in installation of sanitary fixtures and accessories, sectional GRP tanks.  Capable of co-ordinating with building services activities.
Very good knowledge of understanding and interpreting drawings.
Good English

ELECTRICAL FOREMEN
Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with +5 years experience on large building projects. Able to plan and supervise the electrical works.  Knowledge in Installation of panel boards, cabling, various controls and low voltage systems. Capable of co-ordinating with building services activities.
Very good knowledge of understanding and interpreting drawings.
Good English

HVAC FOREMEN
Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with +5 years experience on large building projects. Knowledge of HVAC installations in various high quality buildings. Testing, starting, commissioning, and balancing of central HVAC equipment, etc. Capable of co-ordinating with building services activities.
Very good knowledge of understanding and interpreting drawings.
Good English.

PLANT Foremen (Garage / workshop)
Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Mechanical (Heavy Equipment) Engineering with +5 years experience.
Vast experience in the maintenance and repair of heavy and light duty equipment and ability to control a number of mechanics. 
Ability to manage all types of plant and workforces in the construction industry.
Good English

Salary:
-Free tax salary from:
3500 to 6500 R.Q - depend of Education certificate and years of experience

-Ticket Damascus – Doha to join the work
