الوصف الوظيفي The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields. Responsibilities Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability Manage the daily functions of the business Prepare annual performance review and re-evaluate processes Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a similar role Proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong organizational and communication skills Strong ability to multitask Comfort working with multiple groups within business In between 30 – 40 years old Arabic Nationality and fluent also in English Background and knowledge in a Restaurant or Food & Beverage is a must With valid Driver’s Licence Note : Company will provide Car and Mobile to be used for Business purposes only Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month المهارات https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/operations-manager-4681358/ |
