Coordinating Severity Request TAR’s / SR with Oracle and Other OEM’s.
Data Conversion from Legacy System.
Involve in development and design of Reports, planning the value sets for the concurrent program parameters and in registering the reports in applications.
Involve in Interfaces Development.
Involved in the design and Implementation of Internal projects.
Design then EBS Open Interface with 3ed party Applications

Job Description
Hands-on with Min 8 to 10 years’ of experience for Oracle EBS R12.1.3 HCM modules with OAF, ADF , Forms , Repots and XML Publisher
Core Education / Certification Should be HR ,OAF, ADF
Professional work experience in Oracle E-Business Suite worked in full cycle implementations as a EBS Techno Functional in HCM, SCM and Finance Modules in Telecommunication domain.
Ability to support day-to-day Oracle EBS technical support tasks to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Strong knowledge in EBS Interface development with 3rd party Application.
Has handled the ‘Data Conversion’ Phase during the Implementation including the import of EBS Entitles.

Oracle Application R12.1.3+
Application Object Library, Alerts
HRMS API , AP,FND
Oracle RDBMS Database.
Programming Languages : C, Perl, java, SQL, PL/SQL
Oracle Integration Services Gateway (ISG)
E-Business Suite R12.1.3 + OAF/ADF, SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow, Discoverer , BI & XML Publisher and ISG Web services
Min of 5-8 Years of Experience in Core HR, Payroll, SSHR , OAF, ADF as Technical Developer Hands On
Windows & Linux Servers Family
Should have a good experience in Demonstrated ability to analyze and explain plan of complicated SQL queries.
should have a good experience in writing/debugging Oracle stored procedures/packages
expected to provide complete support and coordinating with DBA and Functional User(s) to process or complete any required activities in Oracle E-Business Application
Strong coding skills in SQL, PL/SQL and OAF/ADF components
Microsoft Application tools : Ms-Project , Visio , Excel , Word , PowerPoint and outlook
Business Intelligence : Oracle BI Apps 7.9.x, OBI EE 10.x, Informatica 8.x, Hyperion 11.1.1.3 and SAP Business Objects
Experience in the preparation of Technical Design documents
Can work independently and progress the build of a CEMLI/RICE object from a technical design document
Hands on experience on Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound / Outbound interfaces, Reports, Forms and Customizations.
Experience in Implementation and RICE Customizations of Oracle Applications R12
Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL and Performance tuning.
Expertise in Oracle Forms (Development and Personalization), BI Publisher Reports, Oracle Workflows.
OAF & ADF experience is Must
Sound knowledge in using Oracle APIs for interfaces to Oracle Financials and AOL/Sys-Admin components.
Capable of working in a fast paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Good knowledge on functional flows in HRMS Modules (Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, Talent Management.) Having working on these HRMS modules for minimum 2 Implementations are preferable.
Solid understanding of Oracle EBS database/table structures and the integration and impacts between module
Be a team player and strive for the success of the team and the client
Ability to design and document solutions for complex problem
Functional Knowledge
Coordinate with the functional team, convert functional inputs to technical specs and be able to perform technical activities independently.
Communicate with business users at client location.
Coordinate with onsite project lead for technical development. Requirement:
Min of 5-8 Years of Experience in Core HR, Payroll, SSHR as Techno Functional
Should have good experience in writing Fast Formula’s
Good Experience on Oracle Forms & Reports, XML / BI Publisher Reporting Tools, Interfaces (outbound /Inbound) and Workflow
Good Experience in configuring AME for Leave approvals etc
Expected to have very good Functional & Technical experience in Oracle Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, Absence, Time & Labour, Talent Management, Benefits and Compensation
Should have worked in 4 or more Oracle HRMS Implementation or Support projects.
Should have experience in Implementing & Supporting Oracle HCM modules - Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, Absence, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits.
Should have exp. in client facing role and must have worked on Req. Gathering, Product Workshop & Demo, CRP, UAT etc.
Should have excellent communication, Project/stakeholder/team management skills and experience.
Should have excellent Documentation, Presentation, Customer handling, problem solving, solution
Oracle E-Business Suite Project Skills
Strong Functional implementations Knowledge in Oracle HRMS, SCM and Finance Modules
Shared Module Knowledge in HCM , SCM , Finance and AOL Modules
Business Users Training.
Arabic Read and Write (Optional ) skills for EBS development
