To work closely with internal staff to meet the needs of the villa residents.
To ensure facility services and service is an attentive liaison between staff and villa residents.
Job Responsibilities
Meet residents when they arrive and get them settled in their rooms.
Anticipate residents’ needs by learning their preferences, allergies, dislikes, etc.
Have a thorough understanding of all spirits and specialty foods in stock.
Serve meals and pour drinks for residents.
Communicate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are cleaned at the most convenient time for residents.
Run errands for residents when necessary.
Ensure residents’ rooms are clean and tidied up when necessary.
Recommend and arrange amenities for residents.
Remain well-groomed at all times.
Perform all duties with discretion, professionalism, and a pleasant demeanor.

Strict attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive matters with efficiency and discretion
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
