FTTx Supervisor shall be capable to monitor & supervise the execution of FTTx OSP works and update the records accordingly.
Inspect the work completed at site and certify the site inspection check list.
Test the Fibers in coordination with concerned sections, as and when required and prepare the test reports.
Maintain the records of all activities carried out on daily basis and Internal & External SLAs requirements.
Coordinate with concerned sections related to the FTTx works as and when required.
Use systems like E-Teams, Cable System, ERP or any other systems required for the smooth & efficient execution of the works.

Knowledge of Fiber Optic Technology: You should have a good understanding of how fiber optic systems work, the different types of fiber optic cables, and how to design, install, and maintain fiber optic networks.
Fiber Optic Cable Installation: You should have experience in supervising fiber optic cable installation, including understanding of cable pulling, splicing, and termination techniques.
Leadership Skills: As a Fiber Optic Cable Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians. Therefore, you should have good leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
Project Management: You will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and managing resources.
