Identify training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments
Liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs
Prepare and deliver training courses in line with the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and in compliance with the company guidelines.
Manage the delivery of training and development programmes
Ensure that statutory training requirements are met
Evaluate training and development programmes
Research and coordinate with external training providers when needed in order to outsource training Programs.
Keep track of training costs and participate in the preparation of reports in order to justify expenditures.
Supervising and monitoring progress made via training programmes or schemes
المهارات
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration; MBA in related field is a plus
Experience in contributing to training development processes with managers and providers; Preferably 4-5 years of experience in a similar role
Fluency in English
Candidate should be locally available with Valid QID
