الوصف الوظيفي 1. Participate with section engineers in Design / review and updating the optimized Maintenance strategies on Mesaieed Operations Plant Assets. 2. Independently prepare asset failure data and analyze the failure patterns upon request from section engineers for strategy optimization. 3. Identify repetitive failures and chalk out plans with reliability and optimization engineers to eliminate failures. 4. Update maintenance strategies in SAP system as recommended by reliability & optimization engineers based on failure investigation, Bad actors mgmt. etc., 5. Conduct reviews to ensure that the applied maintenance strategies are effectively followed and complied by tracking the failure events. 6. Benchmarking of maintenance KPIs & assessment of maintenance performance measures. 7. Plan and prepare specific SAP audit reports for identifying gaps in PM Module usage and coordinate with users for resolution. 8. Provide assistance and resolve technical or operational issues in providing complete and useful maintenance data from work order system for specific reliability analysis. 9. Organize and execute the Small Sized In-House CMMS projects. 10. Coordinate the CMMS Projects of EPIC contracts and work closely with the CONTRACTOR in SAP PM master Data preparation & IDB. 11. Coordinate with optimization group to resolve any data discrepancy that may encountered prior to, during or after entry of data into the SAP system. 12. Prepare presentations, databases using MS access, and other computerized formats and the likes for system improvements and business improvements. 13. Participate and prepare business related presentations and reports as required by the division. 14. Work closely and assist in Reliability & Optimization studies initiated at the OAO(M) Division. المهارات 1 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mech, Elect, Inst, or Ind) with good written and spoken English. 2. Experience: a) Minimum eight (8) years of post-graduation experience in Oil & Gas Industry plant asset maintenance function. b) Minimum eight (8) years of experience in performing Asset Integrity – Reliability & Optimization functions in Oil & Gas industry. c) Minimum eight (8) years of experience in working through “PDCA” cycle of Plant Asset performance area. d) Minimum eight (8) years of working knowledge in optimizing maintenance strategy and performance. e) Minimum eight (8) years of working experience in SAP R/3 environment and Plant Maintenance. f) Minimum eight (8) years of experience in CMMS Data preparation for SAP R/3 system in Oil & Gas industry. g) Excellent knowledge in processing the SAP-PM Master Data in organization’s live systems. h) Good exposure in Reliability concepts and measures. i) Participant level experience in ACA/FMEA/RSA study workshops involving APMS Tool. j) Good years of Hands-on experience using APMS Tool in modules related to maintenance Strategy. k) Good Understanding of processes covering Defect Elimination, Bad Actor Mgmt, Safety Critical Elements identification and performance standardization. l) Good exposure in Risk Based Work Selection and maintenance work prioritization. m) Good skills and experienced in use of MS-Access and other MS office tools. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/asset-integrity-optimization-engineer-maintenance-strategy-4665850/ |
