IT Call Center Executive (Arabic)
Operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.
Read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides.
Conduct research into PC issues and products as required.
Hardware troubleshooting
Work Conditions
On call availability for 24/7. Working in rotational Shifts (7 AM to 11 PM, 7 days or as required) Sitting for extended periods of time whenever required.
المهارات
Excellent written and oral proficiency in Arabic and English languages are mandatory.
Education & Certification University degree in the field of computer science and minimum 3 years equivalent work experience preferred.
Certifications in Microsoft, Linux or Cisco will be added advantage.
Excellent technical knowledge of network and PC hardware.
Hands on hardware troubleshooting experience.
Extensive equipment support experience.
Working technical knowledge of current network protocols, operating systems, and standards.
Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.

Ability to conduct research into PC issues and products as required.

Strong written and oral communication skills in Arabic and English is Mandatory.
