Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;
Manage and explore current and new accounts in the prescribed area allotted by the manager.
Boost company revenue and achieve sales targets by taking appropriate measures into consideration.
Study existing and potential sales prospects through periodic maintenance of meticulously crafted reports and datasheets.
Take charge of promotional and sales activities by brainstorming new product or service launches with appropriate team members.
Understanding and promoting the company’s Products & Services as assigned.

Ability to analyze the goal, target customer, and challenges to overcome before planning sales-oriented activities.
Adept at communicating with the in-house team, clients, and management through formal documentation and discussions.
Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
Ability to prioritize targets as per the requirements set forth by the company.
Excellent phone and presentation skills.
Ability to find the right balance between client requirements and company terms, thereby improving profit margins and maintaining fruitful customer relationships.
