Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for HR development in Qatar
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including management, employees, and HR partners
Assist with the development of long-term HR planning and development strategies and goals for Qatar
Coordinate and facilitate training and development initiatives for employees
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials related to HR planning and development projects
Participate in meetings, workshops, and other events to represent the HR department and to gather feedback and input from stakeholders
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure the successful implementation of HR development projects and initiatives
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field
Fluency in Arabic and English
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
Experience in HR planning and development, particularly in the Middle East, is preferred
