the candidate will be primarily responsible for local and international recruitment efforts. In addition to talent acquisition, the candidate will be responsible for organizing new hire orientation and onboarding, ensuring company policy and procedure adherence, and supporting the HR & Admin department.
Responsibilities
Oversee the full cycle of recruitment efforts.
Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure timely employment of new joiners.
Assist with maintaining staff records and documentation.
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist with any other task in the HR & Admin department.
المهارات
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of working experience in a similar role in Qatar,
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area.
3+ years of experience working in Human Resources, minimum 2 in Qatar, preferably in recruitment.
In-depth knowledge of Qatar labor law and other related legislation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Arabic language is a plus.
