Job Description:
Responsible for new launches and existing product development in Qatar
Dispensing and detailing consumer healthcare ranges to Doctors and Pharmacists of hospitals and clinics in Qatar
Conduct successful round table meetings and promotional campaigns to improve product sales
Analyze and maintain the market share of current ranges and create and implement strategies to overcome challenges facing from competitors
Regular follow ups to HCP’s and Purchasers in the area, monitoring stock levels and getting feedback about promoted products
المهارات
Experience:
1+ years of experience in sales and marketing of consumer products (different Therapeutic Areas)
Must have good knowledge through Qatari market, private hospitals, medical centers, clinics & chains of pharmacy
Established contacts with specialty Doctors such as, Ortho, GYN, Derma, GP/INT, ENT, Urology
In-depth knowledge of PRC management
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy/medicine
Technical skills:
Networking and relationship building skills
Good presentation skill, product development, branding and positioning
Analyze current market and propose innovative ideas
Good negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Goal oriented, focused, energetic, and enthusiastic
Solution orientated
Must have a valid Qatari Driving License
