Perform light to Heavy Periodic Maintenance Service.
Comply with AAB Health and Safety regulation and Workshop Regulation Standard.
Perform General Mechanical repair related to periodic maintenance item (eg: replacement of following parts: bulb, brake pad, shock absorber).
Proper Clock-in/Clock-out for every operation to be performed.
Perform self quality check for each task described in the job card.
Ensure correct parts intended for the vehicle before the installation.
Overhaul Engine, Manual Transaxle/Transmission.
Replacement of Drive belt, Timing belt, Fuel filter, Water pump, Heat exchanger, Radiator, and Resealing engine component.
Wheel Alignment.
Overhaul of Starter, Alternator.
Air conditioning Repair - Replacement of Major parts.
Apply Special Service Campaign and Service Campaign.
Properly Tag Warranty replace parts and kept in the designated warranty parts storage area.
Replacement of Fluids, Drive shaft boot, Master cylinder, Brake shoe, Brake pads, Wheel bearing, Propeller Shafts, Drive shafts.
Replacement of Battery, Cooling Fan, Power window motor, Door lock actuator, Instrument panel.
Engine Category: Dismantling & Overhaul of Engine, Cylinder Head, Injection Pump, Nozzles, Turbo charger, Supercharger.
Engine Category: Diagnose & repair of the components of Gasoline / Diesel Engine Control System and Preform Engine performance test.
Electrical Category: Inspect & Diagnose the components of Body Electrical Systems and Engine electrical system.
Chassis Category: Diagnose and Repair Wheel balancing, Wheel Alignment, Steering wheel centering, ABS actuator, VGRS actuator, Steering Column assay.
Chassis Category: Diagnose and Overhaul of Automatic Transmission, Transfer Case, Differential, Clutch, Brakes, Suspension, Steering , KDSS, AHC system, & Air suspension.
Carries out any assignments instructed by the direct supervisor.
