الوصف الوظيفي Business Unit: B2B Division: Business Operations & Services Department: B2B Operational Excellence Industry: Telecom Purpose: This role is responsible for supporting end to end process for contract management, including reviewing, drafting negotiating, finalizing, monitoring, variations changes, claims and termination/Closure. It also involves documentation of current engagements with the customers as well as the renewal/new contracts. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Support the end to end contract lifecycle starting with identification of new contract needs, reviewing changes to existing contracts and managing renewals. • Works with the Bid Management team for all bid or tender invitations in preparation of standard product & service contracts. • Drafts, review & manages internal approval of customer contracts. • Support contract development and production in accordance with company procedures and which will ensure the company secures new business successfully, working closely with the solutions specialists, business development teams and Bid Management to first fully understand the scope of the bid or proposal. This accountability will cover: o Sound understanding of solutions being proposed to potential clients o Responsible for quality of the contracts through sub-editing and proof-checking o Arranging final authorities sign-offs o Preparing final versions o Manages legal conformity • Negotiates contract terms with customers and obtains customer approvals on contracts. • Monitors & reviews existing contracts and ensures that all contracts follow & comply with the required standards. • Maintain records through uploading & storing of contract documents to relevant systems and produce periodic statistical analysis and updates for senior management. Present status reports as required. • Archive the contract related documents to ease decomposition & uploading of contract data to relevant systems. • Monitor the change management process in order to manage any variation to the contract clauses/Scope. • Manage Variation Orders, Claims, and Time variations/ penalties and ensure that the change management is following the process and right approval authority. • Identifies and evaluates sub-contracting needs and controls and ensures that the customer and vendors contracts are aligned. • Handle the identification & management of contract risks • Works with bid management other teams within and outside the BU to ensure that the contract is closely aligned to the scope of the tender document and that all areas of the contract are compliant with those requirements. • Work with key stakeholders within the company including Legal, Pre-Sales, Bid Management, Account Managers, etc. • Verifies contract performance, completion, and final financial settlement and issue related certificates and obtain customer approval. • Understands the regulatory, fair trading, and competition rules relating to work sufficiently to be able to comply with them, relying on knowledge or on ability to recognize need for specialist support. المهارات • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration • Must have a strong understanding of Contracts Review, Drafting, Negotiation and Finalization. • Must have proven expertise in end to end contract management. • Ability to analyze and understand bids and tenders. • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills - both verbal and written in Arabic and English. • Knowledge on IACCM, NCMA processes and FIDIC Standards will be preferred. • Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and verbal) تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/analyst-contract-management-4563148/?from_job_search=/ar/jobs/?filters%5Bjb_location_country_iso%5D%5B0%5D=ae&filters%5Bjb_location_country_iso%5D%5B1%5D=kw&filters%5Bjb_location_country_iso%5D%5B2%5D=qa&filters%5Bjb_location_country_iso%5D%5B3%5D=sa&jobId=4513302&options%5Bjb_is_external_job%5D%5B0%5D=1&page=10 |
